Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of TurboShip Logistics LLC's invite-only driver onboarding portal. They describe what you agree to when you register or log in, what you are responsible for, how electronic signatures and communications work, and how portal records are handled.

Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TurboShip Logistics LLC ("TurboShip," "we," "us") governing your use of the TurboShip driver onboarding portal at turboship.online (the "Portal"). By registering for an account, checking an agreement box, logging in, or otherwise using the Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register for or use the Portal.
Eligibility and invite-only access
The Portal is invite-only. You may register only if you have received a valid invite code from TurboShip, and you may use that code only for yourself. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and legally authorized to work as an independent delivery driver in the United States.
Invite codes are non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or publishing an invite code, or registering on behalf of someone else, is prohibited and may result in immediate removal of access.
Portal purpose
The Portal is intended for invited independent driver candidates and authorized TurboShip personnel. It supports registration, document collection, agreement completion, training confirmation, support, and handoff to approved operational systems.
Access to the Portal does not guarantee an assignment, route, payment, engagement, or continued relationship with TurboShip.
Your account and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Notify TurboShip support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and onboarding, to upload only your own valid documents, and to promptly update TurboShip when submitted information changes (for example, when your auto insurance policy is renewed or replaced).
Acceptable use
You must not: impersonate another person; upload fraudulent, altered, or unlawful documents or content; attempt to access another driver's records or any non-public area of the Portal; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Portal; scrape or harvest data; introduce malware; or interfere with the Portal's operation or security.
TurboShip may suspend or terminate access, and may notify relevant authorities, if it reasonably believes an account has been used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Independent contractor context
The Portal may support onboarding for independent delivery drivers. These Terms are not a contractor agreement, employment agreement, offer letter, benefits plan, payment promise, or legal classification determination. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and TurboShip.
Any binding contractor terms are provided in the applicable written agreements you review and sign during onboarding.
Consent to electronic records and signatures
By using the Portal you consent to receive disclosures, agreements, notices, and other records from TurboShip electronically, and to sign documents electronically, consistent with the U.S. E-SIGN Act and applicable state electronic-transaction laws. Your electronic signature and your click-to-agree actions (such as checking an agreement box) have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
You may request paper copies of records, or withdraw your consent to electronic records, by contacting TurboShip support; withdrawing consent may prevent you from completing onboarding through the Portal. To receive electronic records you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, and an active email address.
Communications consent
By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to TurboShip and its service providers contacting you about your registration, onboarding, documents, account security, and related operational matters by email, phone call, and text message (SMS). Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and can ask TurboShip support to limit non-essential communications. Operational and security notices (such as password-reset messages) may still be sent while you hold an account. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of onboarding.
Documents, signatures, and third-party services
TurboShip may use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, e-signatures, payment setup, tax setup, background or compliance review, work-platform onboarding (such as WorkMarket), error monitoring, and support workflows. You may need to complete additional steps directly with those providers, and your use of their services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Electronic signatures, uploaded files, and completion records are treated as operational records and may be retained for compliance, audit, tax, safety, dispute-resolution, and business-continuity purposes.
Privacy
TurboShip collects and processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, which also explains the cookies and device storage the Portal uses. By using the Portal, you acknowledge the practices described there.
Intellectual property
The Portal, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to TurboShip or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. TurboShip grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Portal for your own onboarding. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Portal except as permitted by law.
You retain ownership of documents you upload. By uploading them, you grant TurboShip permission to store, process, and share them as needed to administer onboarding and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Portal availability, changes, and termination
TurboShip may update, suspend, restrict, or retire Portal functionality as needed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons, with or without notice. TurboShip may suspend or terminate your access at any time if onboarding ends, if your invite expires, or if these Terms are violated.
You may stop using the Portal at any time and may request account deletion through TurboShip support, subject to the record-retention needs described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurboShip disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TurboShip does not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information presented in the Portal is complete or current at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurboShip and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Portal.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurboShip's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Portal will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurboShip from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Portal, or documents or information you submit that are fraudulent, inaccurate, or unlawful.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which TurboShip Logistics LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Portal that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact TurboShip support and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.
Changes to these Terms
TurboShip may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. For material changes, TurboShip will provide notice through the Portal or by email. Continuing to use the Portal after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
